Our customer from Sri Lanka ordered 400,000 square meters smooth geomembrane pond liner for his fish farm project. The project includes 2 ponds, each pond size is 300mx55m,  the smooth geomembrane thickness is 0.75mm.

Our Sri Lanka customer paid for BPM engineers to help welding the the fish pond liners to ensure the less leakage and keep long term water containment. 

Filament polyester geotextile is the most widely used non woven geotextile by thermally bonding long fiber polyester into net and consolidation with three dimension structure. Filament polyester geotextile is kind of new material in geotechnical and engineering project. BPM Polyester filament non woven geotextile have good reinforcement performance and separation performance for the road construction. Filament polyester geotextile has the following applications.

1.Segregation. Geotextile is used to isolate building materials such as soil and sand, sand and gravel, soil and concrete with different physical properties (particle size, distribution, consistency and density, etc). The two or more materials are not lost or mixed, and the overall structure and function of the material are maintained, so that the load bearing capacity of the structure is enhanced.

2.Filtration. When the water flows from the fine-grained soil layer to the coarse-grained soil layer, the water permeability is ensured through the good permeability and water permeability of the filament geotextile. And effectively shut down the soil particles, sand, small stones, etc., in order to maintain the stability of water and soil engineering.

3.Drainage. Geotextile are good water conducting materials. They can form drainage channels in the soil structure and remove the excess liquid and gas inside the soil structure.

4.Reinforcement. The use of geotextiles enhances the tensile strength and deformation resistance of the soil and enhances the stability of the building structure to improve the quality of the soil.

5.Protection. Effectively spreads, transmits, or decomposes concentrated stress and prevents soil from being damaged by external forces.

6.Closure. Geotextiles and other materials (asphalt, plastic film) with the formation of impermeable barrier layer in the soil. (Mainly used for road resurfacing, repair, etc.)

Our Thailand customer mainly undertakes the local highway construction projects. After negotiation, our customer choose our BPM filament polyester geotextile for the highway construction projects. We also gave many suggestions to help them complete the project.

HDPE liner installation is important to ensure the lining quality of water containment projects like golf courses or storage reservoirs.  HDPE geomembrane liner is the excellent for water containment applications that require UV and chemical resistance and high quality installations especially for water containment. HDPE liner installation is a standard and very strict process which requires specialized welding equipment and experienced welder. A batten strip or an embed channel system is applied to attach the liner to the lining system.

Impermeable geomembrane is made from high density polyethylene raw material, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component. BPM impermeable geomembrane features extra low permeability, high tensile strength and long service life which is widely used in biogas digester fields.

Nowadays, most governments encourage using faeces or industrial waste to construct biogas digesters for efficient and clean energy-biogas production.  In this condition, BPM impermeable geomembrane becomes a prior solution due to its benefits in good stress crack resistance, heat absorption and excellent chemical resistance. It accelerates the biogas efficiency and increase revenue by selling biogas to local government institute or direct user.
